Foundation first. We start with an audit, fix the IT basics, then add security, automation, or AI only where it compounds — not where it looks good in a pitch deck.
What we do
StackAudit is a diagnostic audit that shows a business where its IT, security, and operations gaps are — then recommends what to fix, what it costs, and who should do it.
- Environment inventory (software, hardware, licenses)
- Role-by-role capacity and payroll review
- Readiness scoring across IT, security, and automation
- Priority gap list with recommended fixes
- Solution block picker with component detail
- Managed IT — help desk, patching, backups, device lifecycle.
- Security & Compliance — MFA, access reviews, HIPAA / SOC 2 readiness.
- AI Automation — workflow automation, AI agents, smart intake.
- Private Infrastructure — vaults, private RAG, MCP, self-hosted AI.
Security & compliance posture
StackAudit is built to a SOC 2-aligned baseline. All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Plaid access tokens receive an additional application-layer AES-256-GCM wrap. MFA is enforced on all administrative accounts.

Does StackAudit connect to my bank account?
Only if you opt in. StackAudit uses Plaid to detect recurring software subscription charges. Plaid access tokens are wrapped with AES-256-GCM before storage, and you can disconnect at any time.
How is my data protected?
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, application-layer AES-256-GCM on Plaid tokens, MFA on all administrative accounts, and a published Privacy Policy and sub-processor list at /privacy and /subprocessors.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Every user can delete their account from Settings. Deletion removes your records from Auth0 and Supabase and revokes any connected Plaid item upstream.
