Agboolé Village starts the right way round: values first, people second, land last. You get honest about who you are and what your ideal community would look like. We match you with people who actually share it. Then you build together — a network, businesses that lift each other — and only reach for land once the trust is real.

You can be conservative or liberal, mono or poly, homesteader or city-leaver. The one requirement is that you're willing to do the work: to be honest, to communicate, to make sure everyone's genuinely on the same page.

Black-owned businesses belong here as members, not vendors. A business that joins isn't buying a listing — it's joining the compound. Shared referrals, shared suppliers, and the buying power that comes from a group purchasing as one instead of one at a time. Ten businesses buying together have leverage one business never will.

We're recruiting our first members in Springfield, Massachusetts. Not because it's the only place this goes — because it's where it starts. If you're somewhere else and this sounds like yours, join anyway and tell us where you are.
