Your notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on the Service that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs are helpful).
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If content you posted is removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
